those things are hundreds of bucks. i dont know where to get them but i took care of one for a weekend in high school
If your wanting the doll bc your pregnant and want some preparation, all it will do is make you have second thoughts on having a baby. ive heard of people getting mad and ripping the batteries out of those things.
