Girl 3 - Known for serious violenceWhat are your views on this persons parenting style from her children?
It sounds like they weren't breast fed or co-slept and obviously traveled in forward facing pushchairs! lolWhat are your views on this persons parenting style from her children?
Wow, I wouldn't know what to think. It's kinda similiar to my situation though.

Grandma - depression, known for violence

Mum - depression, known for violence

My older half sister - anorexia, depression, self-harmer, known for violence

Me - compulsive over eating, depression, self harm, known for violence

Don't worry though. It get's better.
Well, that is just appalling.

I can understand a ';black sheep'; in the family, many have them, but to have 5 children with serious social and mental health issues is beyond me.

It is apparant that she is no good as a responsible parent.

Perhaps her socio / economic situation is poor, and was brought up herself in a bad way.

Where is the Father / Fathers ?

The scary thing is that if these kids pass on their life-style to the next generation, we are heading for a lot of problems.

Us ';oldies'; may rant about it, as we come from a generation that knew hardships, but all my schoolmates, despite a rough background, were fairly decent and respectful young people.

What went wrong ?

Bob
my views are that they are children who arent shown love and attention, their mother probably being a drug addict who goes off with men all the time and doesnt show interest in her children which is why they are off the rails. may seem like im stereotyping but this is very common to come across where i live in london and i know of women who have more children they can cope with and dont look after them, then they grow up like those children have. they are the sort of people who should be reported to social services and have their cihldren taken for a better chance in life.
I'm surprised there is no mention of drugs or theft in these attractive descriptions.

I'd say that ';lack of intelligence'; is probably behind it. And they are probably from the ';feral underclass'; which is causing the UK so much trouble just now. But without knowing the location, it's hard to be more specific. I mean, they might be from Louisiana for all I know.
You don't have to be an expert to see that there's something sadly wrong here. But you won't get any medals for interfering. Just make sure that you keep your kids well away from them.School/Social Services etc must already be aware of this.
Really sad to know about all her children in this way. How is she by person? How they are like when they as child. I have read if you have bad childhood most likely your children will have that too. Maybe they real need to seek help.
i have no idea!

every family's different, ive know people who have given there children everything and they have still turned out like this!

they could have been abused (mentaly etc) or even spoilt!

or maybe just blessed with mental children?
She's unlikely to be presented with any awards.
Sounds terrible, but how other people raise their children is none of my business. I'd just keep mine away.
I would say ...I'm glad they aren't my neighbours.

But of course it isn't my problem..wherever you go there will be people like that.
She needs help, someone to tell her where she went wrong, I would call Social Services.
