There are soo many ways to hide foods in cooking for fussy eaters, Spag bol is a winner with 99% of kids, try grating up zuchini carrot or any other vegy and they will never no.

. Um also stuck on the part with getting them to play with there toys, but i have found if i play with them with there toys for a while they USUALLY stay and play a lil while longer them selves.

My children have a ';thinking mat and a thinking chair'; If they misbehave or do not follow instructions after they have been asked three times, they sit on the thinking chair to think about what they have done wrong ect ect.

Healthy snaks are everywere, My children snack on celery boats with cream cheese or peanut paste ( check for allergies ), carrot sticks, cut up and peeled apple and any fruit and veg,Crackers with butter and vegemite, sushi, home made cakes and scones( no preservatives ) .

Good luck
There are no ';best'; parenting tips. other than not hitting a child. But everyone has their own parenting styles that work.

How do you get a picky eater to eat? I don't have a picky eater, when she refuses to eat she is excused from the table and gets nothing else to eat until the next meal. I am not running a fast food restaurant either she eats what is put in front of her or she doesn't eat.

How do you get them to play with their toys? You start from day one by giving them some ';independent play'; time in their crib. If they don't play by themselves as children it is because they were never taught to.

What is a good form of discipline when they don't listen to instructions? Time out as long as it is used consistently nothing else needs to be done.

What are healthy snacks to give them? Fruits and vegetables.
