Depends on who's reporting them, and if anything's up with Yahoo (which there often is). If nothing's up with Yahoo, then if just one reliable reporter reports a question, it will be removed. (Users can build up reliability but can lose it just as easily if they overreport or misreport). If it's people that aren't on the reliability list, there'll usually have to be a few reports for it to get looked at and it won't go instantly. But if there's something up with Yahoo then sometimes any amount of reliable reports won't get rid of something - it's been like that recently. I don't know if you saw a question the other day from a man asking how to terrify a 4 year old girl into not telling that he'd abused her... I reported it, of course, and four other people SAID they'd reported in their answers, and it also received a great deal more angry answers many of whom I'm sure also reported, and I looked a couple of days later and it was still up!
actually i think that one reliable user is sufficient. used to be every single time i reported a question it immediately disappeared.





i reported so many in the last week (that's not typical, btw, just during the recent vicious trolling spree of disgusting personal attacks) that i'm not sure i have that status any more.
i did once to a guy who stated ';i killed a baby today, choked him to death and want to do it again. Do i have a problem?'; or something along those lines and it sickened me. truthfully being on the internet if you never know if he was being honest or not. but that was the only time. and i think when i did it stated that it needed two reports
I only report questions and answers when they are racist or illegal for example someone posted a link to kiddie porn last night and not only reported it but I forwarded the link to my local police department.
One, you have to give a reasonable explanation though.
I think it is 2 reliable reporters, i believe they have to be TC or have a few contributions before they are taken seriously!

Depends on your reporting history. One can do it sometimes, Other times it takes more.
