Government programs (through non-profit organizations) provide parenting classes, but many people do not believe these agencies have been given enough information to provide adequate training to address the different standards of parental guidance within the ethnic group, and the different standards between each ethnic group.What parenting rules are common to all ethnic groups?

We can't respond properly because we don't know who you're talking about when you say ';many people do not believe'; (that many could be just you) and we don't know what information is being provided, and we also don't know what additional information foreigners want us to provide (doesn't mean we'd provide that since it's a government program and not a religious program). But programs aren't perfect and can NOT please everyone.





There are, however, basic parenting rules and there are many rules. If parents even taught their kids ';some'; rules there would be no need at all for parenting training or even government parenting training. Anyway, so some people get some of the basics. That's a good thing since if their parents didn't provide them any parenting rules then at least they would learn a few and learn the rest thru trial and error.





I'd be wondering 1) just how many ethnic groups there are in the USA, and 2) since the purpose for being in the USA is because people want what the USA has to offer, so I'd think those ethnic would be wanting to conform to what they said they wanted, and merge.What parenting rules are common to all ethnic groups?
