I am being transferred out of state and I currently have 2 small children , ( 4,6) . We are divorced with shared parenting agreement. Will we need to go to court to give her full custody or if we agree will nothing be done?? Anyone have a similar scenario? ThanksWhat happens to a Fathers rights if he moves and is unable to continue shared parenting?
first try to sit down and work it out with mom..... try to get a written agreement between just the 2 of you, see how that goes.... If there is any hint of a problem, drop it, and seek legal advise... No sense in a huge argument and making matters worse.... But, I would say, do all this BEFORE moving.... Don't move and then try to work it all out... go in peace..... God blessWhat happens to a Fathers rights if he moves and is unable to continue shared parenting?
You should give your children's mother full custody, since you're no longer interested in being a parent. If you were, you would get another job rather than allowing yourself to be transferred away from your kids.
If you have 2 children, why are you transferring. Nothing should happen, but, you have to still pay child support. Your children need their daddy. No job is worth it.
