What should a lawyer charge for helping create a parenting plan etc...hourly or a flat rate?

I need help in setting up a parenting plan and was wondering what is a fair price or what price to expect to pay? What should a lawyer charge for helping create a parenting plan etc...hourly or a flat rate?
depends on the market where you are. If there are a lot of family law attorneys, you can get a good one at a decent price. If there are only 1 or 2 good ones where you are, expect the price to reflect that.

I would say generally that a single task like that would probably be hourly. Full divorces are (at least around here) sizeable retainer + hourlyWhat should a lawyer charge for helping create a parenting plan etc...hourly or a flat rate?
Hourly is usually the standard for this. Assume $150 to $400 per hour depending on the level of the lawyer in the firm in question.
