Yes parenting skills are different from each society. Before there were laws and child services and parent wasn't really doing anything bad unless they were raping them or killin them. Slapping and abuse was almost legal but really but it also wasn't made non legal. My dad was even hit by his nuns at school during the 50s.
That's about all i really want to say. But there's stuff you can look up yourself.
I'm not trying to be mean at all, it's just i'm probably younger than you and i've never asked for help when writing a paper. Writing should come from what you think. Not what some stranger on Yahoo does.
