What should I know BEFORE having my baby when it comes to holistic parenting?

Just wondering if there are any bits of advice you can give me to start off on the right track as I am due next month. I want to bring up my baby girl honestly, lovingly and holistically. What should I know BEFORE having my baby when it comes to holistic parenting?
Number one, follow your natural motherly instincts. Look into attachment parenting, there are sites you can learn from , or just listen to your heart. Teach your child good values by practicing them yourself. Feed yourself and her only natural foods, breastfeed as long as possible. Do not let her cry it out, carry your baby on you most of the time. Spend lots of time outdoors. Limit TV majorly. Do research on vaccines before/if you decide to go ahead with them. Use natural remedies for sickness before relying on doc's prescription, and avoid over the counter meds that cover the problem rather than treat it. Practice patience with your child, and remember a baby/child can never get enough hugs and kisses. Co-sleep. I am a firm believer in all these things. What should I know BEFORE having my baby when it comes to holistic parenting?
The best lessons I've learned, having been a daughter of a loving mom, are basic and work well. They're ageless and timeless: love her, teach her to be a good person bring her up to be open-minded, and to think for herself. The love you give her will go a long way in her life, no matter what happens; she'll always know she is loved and has someone to depend upon. The rest will ensure success in love, life, friendship, and career, and the legacy will live on once she has kids of her own.

Best wishes, and congratulations!
Depending on how far you want to go with the attatchement parenting/Holistic lifestyle I would suggest researching unschooling/radical unschooling. Also Joyce fetterol has a site called joyfully rejoiciing

and sandra dodd has a site at http://joyfullyrejoycing.com/

though she can come off as a little standoffish.

The best person to look at is Dayna martin she has a blog at http://thesparklingmartins.blogspot.com/

She also runs a yahoo group and is very nice and polite and willing to give advice without judging.

Good luck:)
