What are some interview questions I can ask a mom and dad who are parenting a partially deaf child?

If they have other children how parenting this child has been different than their other children.


What special things do they have to do with this child.


What help they have gotten in helping the child through school.


How old the child was when they found out that he/she was partially deaf.


If they child has to wear a hearing aide or not.


Ask the child how this affects him/her in school, or other places.


Ask what the cause of this is..if known.





I am partially deaf in my right ear, it doesn't affect my balance, but i was told that it could as i get older, i don't wear a hearing device, though when i get older i may have to. Ask the child also if they are able to use the phone on one ear better than the other...
