Of course it is child abuse. Any parent that lets a thirteen year old marry a fifty year old man, who immediately rapes her and gets her pregnant, should be dragged kicking and screaming behind the woodshed and beaten mercilessly, along with the fifty year old sicko. If all the parents are comfortable with whats going on in their little community then no, but if there are people/children17 and younger that are not comfortable or even ready to have sex or get pregnant then yes... children at 14 and 15 don't know a thing about sex and I think its wrong for an older man who know better, to take advantage of the fact that these children will do anything to fit in or make their peers happy with them. I think its a sad thing and I don't even want to get more into it than I already have....
